Please include information about your event in the “Event Notes” field (ie. room set-up, if you require foyer or catering space, extra equipment, AV assistance)
ALWAYS PROVIDE YOUR COST CENTRE CODE in the event notes. External parties, please provide your company name.
We will provide a quote/proposal if charges apply.
